I want to buy real estate property in Singapore, which is better option to go for… resale condo or new HDB or resale HDB flat?

If you have budget limit then go for resale HDB flat. For searching condominiums and hdb for sale in Singapore visit Propertyguru since they offer latest available hdb flats and condos for sale.
