Sam Banks of Sergio & Banks takes Joe Zekas through one of the eight new construction condos for sale at 2257 W Belmont Ave in Chicago’s Roscoe Village. These units, built by Ultimate Homes, include two duplexes and six simplexes, located just two blocks from the main strip of commercial activity on West Roscoe Street, Banks says.
The unit featured here is a 1,450 square-foot simplex with a number of custom upgrades. Parking is available for an additional $10,000.
