What do you think should be done about 1520 Sedgwick Avenue?

It is known as the birthplace of RHH because it is where DJ Kool Herc & his Sister threw the first RHH live party. He lived there in the 70’s. The landlord has put the building up for sale and wants to turn it into luxury condos and a parking lot. The asking price is $9 million for a 100 unit complex. It is in the Morris Heights in West Bronx’s, NYC. The tenants are currently trying to purchase the building with the help of Kool Herc asking the help of fellow rap artists with deep pockets.
