Theirs was first offer to purchase the Irvine condo that the seller received and the only offer the listing agent submitted to the bank. And Sami was required to open escrow and deposit $2,000.00 to hold her first position interest in the property – a very smart move. Even though it took 7 months for bank approval, and the bank asked her to increase her offer, we got it done and Sami closed escrow today, February 26, 2010.
