    For the record, I don’t stay on Beatties Ford or Gastonia. In case it’s suggested I’m defending my living area. I’m located in southeast Charlotte.

    If your speaking of homes in nice areas, Gastonia and areas of Beatties Ford have some elite homes. Your suggestion may be more race related than knowledge of theses areas.

    You’re not wanting of a high crime area is valid, but how do you know who is gay and the ethnics thing is obviously discrimination. Drop the act, you want to live in a all upper class white wealthy area but your a broke lower class white. If your middle aged and your finances only allow you to live amongst ethnics,gays and high crime, then that’s where you belong. You have a Bel Air attitude with trailer park money. This has been a reality check.

    Stay away from Beatties Ford and Gastonia areas. If you have the money, look at Lake Norman, Ballantyne, Weddington and Waxhaw and Lake Norman.

    I am not moving immediately. When the economy picks up and I’ve finished renovating my house. I plan to sell. I want to move to the Charlotte area.
    I’m a white single middle aged female, raisning a 10 yr. old niece. I want a safe neighborhood with out gangs, ethnics or gays and high crime. I took an apt. in the Ft. lauderdale area once. It was nice but over run with ethnics, drugs, st. girls. I am concerned for my niece..
