If you closed the purchase without making a final inspection, you bought it as it is, filthy and dirty. If the kitchen, etc. was replaced and the mold issue remediated properly, you have no complaint there either. A repaired issue need not be disclosed. Frankly, it sounds like you bought this place without ever even looking at it. You should have been informed of the mold issue before you signed the contract, if you weren't informed, then you may have a case.
