At the very least, arrange a consultation with a real estate attorney. Discuss the fact that you were never informed about the mold. It sounds as if you bought the property "as is" which may or may not be a deal breaker. That's why instead of getting our unprofessional opinions on this Very Important Transaction, you need to consult a Real Estate Attorney.
References :
You are on your own here. If you closed the purchase without making a final inspection, you bought it as it is, filthy and dirty. If the kitchen, etc. was replaced and the mold issue remediated properly, you have no complaint there either. A repaired issue need not be disclosed.

Sounds to me like you now realize you made an error, and are looking for a loophole to get yourself out of that error. Not going to work.
References :
Basically when you when one buy anything especially real estate one should check it out. Evidently you did not have a certified housing inspector inspect the house. You have by your own admission said the house smelled. So you have no one to blaim but yourself
References :
There's a few issues here and you may want to start with a good real estate attorney, which you should have had to assist you with the transaction in the first place. Frankly, it sounds like you bought this place without ever even looking at it.

You should have been informed of the mold issue before you signed the contract, if you weren't informed, then you may have a case.

However, things like dirty bathrooms and smelly closets are not things that any judge is going to give you compensation for.
