Condsidering on buying a condo in orlando and Renting it out?

I saw a couple short sale condos in Orlando at very good prices what is the rental market like right now in Orlando ? approx how much is rent for a 3 bed room condo ? Or what are some other good cities to get a rental property ?

Horrible. There are complexes with large signage offering 1 to 3 months free rent. There are so many vacancies they have walking billboards advertising all the deals. Stay away.
