Can i buy private sale condo if i have a real estate agent?

I have a real estate agent who is also my mortgage broker and did my loan. I like the guy but i have come across a great private sale condo and dont know what to do. I really want to bid on it but my agent wont make commission. I think its more important for me to get the home i like then to worry about someone’s commission.

Any input on this would be much appreciated.

PS I havent signed any documents yet
i would bid my self … why would i pay the agent out of my pocket if he didnt find the place and he didnt bid on it for me?

is your RE agent a "buyer’s agent?" IF you did not sign an agency agreement with him,
do not use him to help you buy, it is as simple as that.

IF you did, he will help you get a good deal and good financing.
