Real Estate Question- I don’t know what to do! HELP! Need some advice!?

I own a condo in a community that "was" rental apartment units. They converted the apartments into condos and sold them that way. I purchased one of these units thinking that the community would eventually turn into all "owned" units. They were unable to sell off these units and have resorted back to renting them, WITHOUT notice to the current "owners" of units. Now I am stuck, because I "own" and live in the unit and the rest of the building are renters. I have listed my condo for sale, but in this community, there are about 30 other units up for sale as well, and there’s not a lot of movement on any of the units being purchased. I need to get out very quickly too! So, I need some help with ideas of what to do!

Unfortunately, Condo’s are hard to sell.
At this point you may want to consider renting it out. You may even give the renter the option of rent to own.

    Unfortunately, Condo’s are hard to sell.
    At this point you may want to consider renting it out. You may even give the renter the option of rent to own.
